We’re here to support you every step of the way. Please review the information below to ensure a smooth booking process and a great experience with us.

🌟 New Clients To book your first appointment, please contact our office directly at 604-506-4160 or email us at info@pacificpines.ca . You may choose a complimentary consultation, or book an in-person or virtual counselling session. Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive instructions via email to set up your account and complete the required intake and consent forms.

🤎 Current Clients To book a session, select your counsellor’s name or picture in the booking system. We recommend pre-booking recurring appointments, especially for evening or weekend availability. If your preferred time isn’t available, join the waitlist or email us at info@pacificpineswellness.ca for assistance.

🕒Cancellations + Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made with less notice, or missed sessions, will incur the full session fee. This policy ensures our therapists’ time is used effectively to help those in need.

📍Accessing Our Office We’re located in the Regus Building at 8661 201 St., Langley, BC, on the second floor. Please wait in the waiting area by reception and your counsellor will come out to greet you.

After 5:30 PM & Holidays: Please note that reception is unavailable and you will need to be buzzed in. The buzzer panel is on the left next to the front door - please scroll through the ‘Names’ to find ‘Pacific Pines Wellness’. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your appointment time, as early access may not be possible as your counsellor may be in session.
